Ease the tiring days of Ramadan by getting down for some Yoga! Join this course at Osana Family Wellness where you will gain the tools to alleviate stress through gentle yoga, pranayama, meditation and deep rest. The workshop will also involve reflection on daily habits.
About the trainer: Reham Alaa is a yoga teacher and visual artist. She has been practicing yoga for 9 years and before that completed a Fitness Instructor Diploma. However she was always more passionate about yoga than anything else so she retrained and became certified in Hatha Vinyasa yoga in Rishikesh, India.
Starting May 6th until June 29th Monday and Wednesday 4:00- 5:30pm (1.5 hours/class) 8 classes
